F\u0103r\u0103 el, la montare se poate pierde calarea, iar la multe motoare moderne o calare gre\u0219it\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 supape lovite de pistoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. De ce conteaz\u0103 codul motorului, nu doar marca<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acela\u0219i produc\u0103tor folose\u0219te motoare foarte diferite: un VW 1.9 TDI cu curea \u0219i un VW 2.0 TFSI EA888 cu lan\u021b au nevoie de \u0219tifturi \u0219i blocatoare complet diferite. De aceea kiturile sunt f\u0103cute pentru o familie de motoare, iar \u00een denumire apar codurile \u2014 de exemplu <strong>1.5 dCi<\/strong>, <strong>N47<\/strong>, <strong>EA211<\/strong>, <strong>1.2 PureTech EB2<\/strong> sau <strong>OM651<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regula simpl\u0103: alege kitul dup\u0103 <strong>codul motorului<\/strong> (\u0219i, unde conteaz\u0103, dup\u0103 anul de fabrica\u021bie), nu doar dup\u0103 marca \u0219i modelul ma\u0219inii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Unde g\u0103se\u0219ti codul motorului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00een documentele tehnice ale ma\u0219inii;<\/li><li>pe blocul motor sau pe o etichet\u0103 din compartimentul motor;<\/li><li>la service-ul autorizat al m\u0103rcii, pe baza seriei de \u0219asiu (VIN).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dac\u0103 ai codul de produs al unui kit vechi sau un cod de pies\u0103 din manualul de service, \u00eel po\u021bi c\u0103uta direct \u00een magazin: c\u0103utarea func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219i dup\u0103 codul de produs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Lan\u021b sau curea \u2014 \u0219i c\u00e2teva reguli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kitul nu \u00eenlocuie\u0219te instruc\u021biunile produc\u0103torului: ordinea pa\u0219ilor, cuplurile de str\u00e2ngere \u0219i eventualele piese de schimb obligatorii (de exemplu \u0219uruburi de unic\u0103 folosin\u021b\u0103) sunt \u00een documenta\u021bia de service a motorului.<\/li><li>Rote\u0219te motorul numai \u00een sensul normal de func\u021bionare \u0219i numai c\u00e2nd instruc\u021biunile o cer.<\/li><li>Dup\u0103 montare, scoate toate \u0219tifturile \u0219i blocatoarele, apoi rote\u0219te motorul cu m\u00e2na c\u00e2teva ture complete \u00eenainte de pornire.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Kit universal sau kit dedicat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiturile mari (de exemplu <a href=\"https:\/\/uneltix.ro\/hu\/termek\/trusa-blocare-distributie-vag-mg50082\/\">trusa VAG pentru benzin\u0103 \u0219i diesel, MG50082<\/a>) acoper\u0103 mai multe motoare ale aceluia\u0219i grup \u0219i sunt utile \u00een service-urile care lucreaz\u0103 des pe o singur\u0103 marc\u0103.
